Returns

Should the product (s) you receive for any reason not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of refunding in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines. The costs of delivery and shipping of the returned goods are responsibility of the Customer.

 

Product Return Instructions

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Send us a product return request via e-mail at [email protected] no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment, including the following:

  • receipt of the purchased product and product information
  • invoice number and date of invoice
  • name and surname
  • address, telephone number, and e-mail address

3. After you have received a consent for a refund from the company Projectum Ltd. submit the original invoice, pack the product in the original package and send the package to:

4. The Product is your responsibility until it reaches us. In order to protect your interests we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.

Domain owners reserve the right to content (textual and visual material, database, and developer code). Unauthorized use of the materials is considered to be a violation of copyright and is subject to legal proceedings.
